The spokesperson of FCC did not utter anything on the bill but a representative of NARUC asks the need for the legislation. The opinion says that the personnel of state are to be actively participated in the protection of customers like is VoIP phone service swathed with the improved 911 emergency feature.

FCC department does not have any skills to act and respond to clients’ complains like the problem of interruption. As per the other opinion on the bill, it is said that if a particular technology is focused then the law should be re-written afterward.
